My First Homepage - Philippe Miloda& Family

Good day,

My very first attempt to make a homepage - so still quite simple (very simple actually). - Hopefully version 2 and 3 will be much better, time permitting. Give me your feedback and suggestions!

About me

Born 1955 in Berne / Switzerland. 1981degree (magna cum laude) in Economics at the University of Berne, Switzerland. Married with Evelyn Miloda - Belmonte, blessed with 2 kids Andreas (1988) and Patricia (1993).

My working life started with Hoffmann La Roche where I worked from 1981 till 1985 in Basle, the UK and then Northern Africa & the Middle East. Then 2 years in the Philippines, 3 years in  Thailand and then again in the Philippines for the Zuellig Group of Companies, last as the VP for Marketing. 1998 to end of 2006 with Disetronic Medical Systems (which was purchased in 2003 by Roche Diagnostics .... back to the roots), and since December 2006 with Mathys Orthopaedics, covering the Asian markets.

In the Philippines we lived since 1991 in beautiful Ayala Alabang Village, far away from the hustle, traffic and pollution of Metro Manila. In Switzerland we live in Burgdorf close to the major attractions of Europe (all is close in Europe anyway), and close to the skiing resorts of the BerneseMountains.

Interests

Cars

Specially classic sports cars. Had in Manila a 1965 Sunbeam Alpine IV, similar as can be seen here. A lot of fun. Now in Switzerland a Miata / MX5 - just for the fun of driving topdown during summertime.

Good food & good wine

All kind, from Asian to European to ...
